Meanwhile, a-plane 0±0.3° offers a better OF orientation and the TTV for all diameters is less or equal to 10μm except for φ8 inch and φ12 inch, and their TTV are 15μm and 20um, respectively.
In addition, the BOW stands from -10~0μm to -25~0μm, meanwhile the Warp is frame 15μm to 30μm depending on the diameter. The Front face is an Epi-ready surface (Ra＜0.3nm) and the backside is Lap(Ra 0.6~1.2μm). The Vacuum package in a high cleanness room is provided to protect the product from harmful environment. Moreover, the Prime Grade has a higher requirement which contrains particle (≧ 0.3um in size), or≦ 0.18pcs/cm2, metal contamination ≦ 2E10/cm2. Last but not least, the customizable specifications like a/r/m-plane orientation, off-angle, shape, double side polishing, etc. also provided.
